Town of Weston Planning Commission Minutes
January 6, 2009
1) Call to Order
Supervisor Walter John Chilsen called the meeting to order at 7:03
pm. Members present were Randy Christiansen, Mark Thompson and Tom
Salzman. Also present was Clerk/Treasurer Joan Erdman.
2) Approve Minutes
a) October 21, 2008 Planning Commission Meeting: Tom Salzman/Randy
Christiansen M/S to approve the minutes of the October 21, 2008
Planning Commission meeting. Q/C
3) Visitors
5) New Business
a) Fischer CSM TW 09-01
Members reviewed CSM TW 09-01 proposed by Dan Higginbotham on
behalf of Terry Fischer. As County records indicate a square
corner at the intersection of Gusman and Gavitt, and Higginbotham’s
survey reflects the road in an as-built condition, the County
recommended that a Certificate of dedication be obtained for the
corner of the roadway. Thompson/Salzman M/S to recommend Board
approval of CSM TW-09-01 subject to three parkland dedication fees
and that the sub divider provide a dedication of right-of-way at
the intersection of Gusman and Gavitt as per the recommendation of
the County Surveyor. Q/C.

Commission meeting at 7:16 pm. Q/C.
