TOWN OF WESTON
PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES
JULY 20, 2010
1) CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Milt Olson called the Town of Weston Public Hearing to order at 6:24 pm.
Plan Commission members present: Tom Salzman, Mark Thompson, and Arnie Baumann. Also present were Supervisors Walter John Chilsen and Robert Wesenick, Joan Erdman Clerk/Treasurer and two visitors.
2) Public Testimony and Discussion
Chairman Olson stated the purpose of this public hearing was to hear public testimony and discussion on the adoption of a revised subdivision ordinance entitled “Chapter 74, Subdivision Regulations”. There was no public testimony. Chairman Olson had checked with Shane VanderWaal regarding the parkland dedication fees. He stated that this is a general statement and should be kept in the ordinance. In 2008 there was legislation passed authorizing this.

4) MINUTES
Approval of June 1, 2010 Plan Commission Minutes Thompson/Salzman M/S to approve the June 1, 2010 Plan Commission Minutes. Q/C
5) NEW BUSINESS
Action on Public Hearing regarding the adoption of a revised subdivision ordinance entitled “Chapter 74, Subdivision Regulations”.
Salzman/Thompson M/S to recommend to the Town Board adoption of the revised subdivision ordinance “Chapter 74, Subdivision Regulations”. QC.
6) Adjourn
Baumann, Thompson M/S to adjourn the July 20, 2010 plan commission meeting at 6:28. Q/C
