Town of Weston Planning Commission Minutes
June 1, 2010
1) Call to Order
Chairman Milton Olson called the meeting to order at 6:51 pm. Members present were: Tom Salzman, Mark Thompson, and Arnie Baumann. Also present was Clerk/Treasurer Joan Erdman.
2) Approve Minutes
May 4, 2010 Planning Commission Meeting: Thompson/Salzman M/S to approve the minutes of the May 4, 2010 Planning Commission Meeting. Q/C
3) Visitors: None
4) Old Business: None
5) New Business
a) Subdivision Ordinance
Town’s attorney Shane VanderWaal had recommended several changes to the subdivision ordinance. Final revisions were made to the Ordinance. Chairman Olson will check with Shane VanderWaal regarding Section 74.123(d). A Public Hearing will be held on the 20th of July at 6:15 pm, to be followed by the Town Board meeting. Salzman/Baumann M/S to approve the changes to subdivision ordinance as discussed and bring it to a public hearing on July 20, at 6:15 pm. Q/C
6) Other Business as Authorized by Law: None
7) Adjourn: Thompson/Baumann M/S to adjourn the June 1, 2010 Town of Weston Planning Commission meeting at 7:45 pm Q/C.
