TOWN OF WESTON PUBLIC BUDGET HEARING MINUTES
November 24, 2009
1. Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance:
Chairman Milt Olson called the meeting to order at 6:35 pm. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Supervisors present: Arnie Baumann, Tom Salzman, and Robert Wesenick. Supervisor Walter John Chilsen was absent (excused). Also present were Clerk/Treasurer Joan Erdman and two visitors.
2. Presentation of the 2010 Budget
Chairman Olson presented and reviewed the proposed 2010 Town of Weston budget, noting that the mill rate for the Town will be .45306 per thousand dollars of assessed value. No further discussion.
3. Adjourn to Special Town Meeting of the Electors

SPECIAL TOWN MEETING OF THE ELECTORS MINUTES
November 24, 2009
1. Call to Order
Chairman Olson called the meeting to order at 6:51 pm.
2. Approve the total 2010 Highway Expenditures Pursuant to SEC. 81.01(3) of Wisconsin Statutes
Salzman/Baumann M/S to approve the 2010 highway expenditures in the amount of $127,800. Q/C
3. To establish the compensation of the elected town officials for the terms of office to begin in April, 2010 pursuant to Sec. 60.32 of Wis. Statutes
The proposed budgeted compensation for Town Supervisors has been increased from $2,441.50 to $2,685.65 for the terms of office beginning in April of 2010. Salzman/Wesenick M/S to set the wages for Town Supervisors for the terms of office beginning in April of 2010 at $2,685.65. Q/C.
4. Adopt the 2009 Tax Levy to be paid in 2010 Pursuant to SEC. 60.10(1)(a) of Wisconsin Statutes
Wesenick/Baumann M/S to set the 2010 mill rate for the Town at .45306 per thousand dollars of assessed value. Q/C
5. Adjourn to Special Town Meeting
