SPECIAL BOARD MEETING MINUTES
SEPTEMBER 29, 2009
I. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE/CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Milton Olson called the meeting to order at 7:28 pm. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Supervisors present: Arnie Baumann, Walter John Chilsen, Robert Wesenick. Supervisor Tom Salzman was absent. Also present was Clerk/Treasurer Joan Erdman. Visitors: Randy Christiansen, Mark Thompson, Nathan Wincentsen, Chris Steinagel.
II. PRELIMINARY COUNTY PLAT OF WOOD HAVEN (Letarski/Riverview Lane) Chilsen expressed concerns regarding skepticisms expressed during the Planning Commission meeting. Chilsen/Baumann M/S to approve the preliminary plat approval of Woodhaven subdivisions subject to conditions A-H. Q/C Chilsen aye; Baumann, aye; Wesenick, nay.
III. Chilsen/Wesenick M/S to adjourn the September 29, 2009 Special Town Board meeting at 7:39 pm. Q/C.
