NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Town of Weston Zoning Board of Appeals on Tuesday, December 9, 2014, at 6:00 p.m., at the Weston Safety Building, 5303 Mesker Street, Weston, Wisconsin, to hear comments and concerns related to the following setback variance request:

TVARI-11-14-1496 – Ruth Geier, Vice President, Integrity Grading and Excavating, 605 Grossman Drive, Weston, WI 54476, requesting a 27’ 4” front yard (west side) building setback (reduction from 50’ to 22’ 8”), to allow for the construction of a building addition to their existing building, on property described as: Part of the East 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 and the Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4, that part described in Document #1524696, in Section 07, Township 28 North, Range 08 East, Town of Weston, Marathon County, Wisconsin. This parcel consists of approximately 40.980 acres, and is addressed as 605 Grossman Drive.
Beginning Tuesday, November 25, 2014, the application materials will be available for public inspection in the office of the Town Clerk, and will also be available on the Town of Weston website located at http://www.townofwestonwi.com/notices/.

Written testimony may be forwarded to the Town of Weston Zoning Board of Appeals, Attention Joan Erdman, Town Clerk, 5209 Mesker Street, Weston, WI 54476, or e-mailed to twclerk@westonwi.gov, by noon on the day of the public hearing. All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
